to spine, and gilt publisher’s emblem on upper board. THE MAGIC PILLAR remains one of Regardie’s best known
works, written by him when still in London in 1936. Although the subtitle
indicates that it is primarily “A Co-relation of the Principles of
Analytical Psychology and the Elementary Technique of Magic,” the actual
title — “The Middle Pillar” — is not misplaced, as the book leans
heavily on Kabbalistic theory. It is a classic on
working with the energy of the body for spiritual purposes. In overall very good condition: binding is tight and solid; interior is clean and free of markings. Small Weiser bookshop sticker on front inside board.
