Hudes
was inspired by the beauty of medieval art and mythology while designing the
Hudes Tarot. She took advantage of many different resources in creating her
images, including constellation charts, old maps and marbled paper. The card,
suit and court card names are the same as the familiar Rider-Waite Tarot. The
scenes are beautifully rendered with rich colors.
